- Technical Consultation & Support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Project Initiation & Payments
- Work begins only after advance payment confirmation.
- All prices are agreed before project start.
- Payments once made are considered acceptance of project scope.
- Delay in client response may delay delivery timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate content, images, and information
- Respond to revision requests timely
- Ensure legal ownership of provided materials
- Review and approve work within reasonable time
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials.
5. Revisions Policy
- Each package includes limited revisions as mentioned in proposal
- Extra revisions will be charged separately
- Major changes after approval will be treated as a new project
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Final files become client property after full payment
- Source files may be provided only if included in package
- ADDEMEAR reserves right to showcase work in portfolio unless client requests confidentiality
7. Hosting & Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services such as:
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Plugins & APIs
We are not liable for downtime, errors, or policy changes from third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
ADDEMEAR Trade Private Limited shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Indirect damages
- Website misuse by third parties
Client is responsible for maintaining backups after project delivery.
9. Support & Maintenance
- Free support is provided only for the agreed support period
- After support period, paid maintenance applies
- Support does not include major redesign or new features
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
- Terms are violated
- Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
- Illegal activities are detected
No refund will be issued in such cases.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India (Delhi Jurisdiction).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
