Due to the nature of digital work and resource allocation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Advance Payment (Non-Refundable)
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project has started.
This covers:
- Project planning
- Design work
- Resource allocation
- Initial development setup
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A partial refund may be granted only if:
- We fail to start the project within 7 working days after payment and receiving required details
- We are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical limitations
- Order is cancelled by client within 24 hours of payment and work has not started
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Delay caused by client response or missing materials
- Client dislikes design but it follows agreed requirements
- Project completed as per agreed scope
- Domain, hosting, third-party services purchased
- Digital products delivered or downloaded
- Website/application approved by client
- Services suspended due to policy violation
5. Revision Instead of Refund
If you are not satisfied, we will:
- Provide revisions within project scope
- Fix technical issues
- Adjust design as per agreed requirements
We always aim to resolve issues before refund consideration.
6. Third-Party Costs
No refund will be issued for third-party expenses including:
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Paid plugins/themes
- Payment gateway charges
These are controlled by external providers.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–15 business days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Permanent service termination
- Legal recovery action if required
